Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and df888 ("df888", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the df888 platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and PKR wallet services — is conditional upon your full acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use df888.
01 Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
- "Platform" means the df888 website, mobile-optimised web application, Progressive Web App, and all associated services accessible at df888.bio and its subdomains.
- "Player Account" means the registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the df888 registration process.
- "Real Money Balance" means the PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds deposited by you and held in your Player Account, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cashable incentives granted by df888 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it — or winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under df888's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
- "Payment Method" means any supported deposit and withdrawal channel, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to df888 is restricted under applicable law or df888's internal compliance policy.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Player Account, clicking any registration or login button, making a deposit, or otherwise using the df888 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you are accessing df888 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to this Agreement. You further acknowledge that you have read, understood, and had sufficient opportunity to seek independent legal advice before accepting these Terms.
Your continued use of the df888 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your sole responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
03 Eligibility & Age Verification
Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on df888. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. df888 actively enforces age verification at registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time.
To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account on df888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
- You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by df888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from df888 or had a Player Account terminated for misconduct.
df888 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Player Account, with withdrawal of any funds subject to completion of verification procedures.
04 Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on
the df888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering your Player Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information current and up to date at all times.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must notify df888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Player Account.
- df888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- df888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be made mandatory for high-value accounts. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security for your Real Money Balance and personal data.
05 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the df888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). df888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Supported payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are published in the Cashier section of your Player Account and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits:
- Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment network.
- df888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
- Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- df888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises AML compliance concerns.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit from the same Player Account, or to a verified account belonging to the registered account holder.
- All KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- df888 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts via supported local payment rails, though processing times may vary based on payment network conditions beyond df888's control.
- Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
- df888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
df888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
- Abuse Prevention: df888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
df888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player Account and actively being wagered.
07 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the df888 Platform are subject to the specific game and sport rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or event.
- All bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds or game payout rates displayed at the time of placement.
- Once confirmed, bets on live sporting events and completed game rounds are final and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the Player.
- df888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game round, the result recorded in df888's system shall be deemed definitive, subject to the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process.
- df888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. RNG outputs are independently audited for statistical fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within each product.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the df888 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Creating or operating more than one Player Account, whether in your own name or under another identity;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other Players, particularly in live poker or live casino table game environments;
- Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the df888 Platform or its content;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.
09 Responsible Gaming
df888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of player protection tools that are accessible at any time from within your Player Account settings. These include:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
- Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Player Account with a minimum self-exclusion period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, df888 will take all reasonable steps to ensure you cannot access the Platform, including suppressing marketing communications.

10 Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, game assets, and other intellectual property accessible through the df888 Platform are the exclusive property of df888 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any df888 content without the prior express written consent of df888.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, df888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
df888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
df888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network environment are appropriately secured.
12 Termination & Closure
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player Account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting df888 support. df888 may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
- Any other reason at df888's sole discretion, including commercial viability considerations.
Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which df888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following escalation procedure:
- Internal Complaint: In the first instance, you must submit a formal complaint to df888 support at the contact address stated in Section 15. df888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
- Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified by df888's licensing authority.
- Litigation: Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute through the above procedure.
14 Amendments to These Terms
df888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, df888 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Player Account.
Your continued use of the df888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Player Account and cease using the Platform.
